Big Brothers Big Sisters of Chatham-Kent has 3 permanent, full-time staff members, an Executive Director, Casework Program Manager, and Caseworker. These staff operate our programs of service and ensure that the standards set by our national organization are met. They follow the policies set by the governing Board of Directors.
