Big Brothers Big Sisters of Chatham-Kent is a member in good standing of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Canada (BBBSC). This national organization provides important information, materials, and encouragement.  It does not operate as a 'head office' and therefore, allows each member agency its own autonomy and control. 

BBBSC does however set minimum standards of service delivery and administrative operations.  All Big Brother Big Sister agencies are reviewed on a regular basis for compliance.  The agency was last accredited in June 2004.
