Big Brothers Big Sisters of Chatham-Kent is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors.  Our agency provides programs for both an urban and rural service area.  We have broad geographic representation on our Board of Directors and Board committees.  Our diverse volunteer Board also includes former Little Brothers and Sisters.  The skill sets of the board members are those needed by a dynamic and forward-looking agency.

The Board develops the vision and values that direct the agency.  It sets short and long term goals and ensures the organization operates according to its policies and strategic plan.
